Six details that make an SPA pulley RFQ easier to review
Model or drawing
Use the full marking where available. For drawing-controlled parts, send the current revision used by the machine.
Belt and grooves
State the SPA belt family and the number of active grooves.
Shaft interface
Provide the taper-bush designation, actual shaft diameter and keyway information when known.
Diameter reference
Identify whether a value is P, O or a field outside-diameter measurement.
Quantity
List quantity by model, especially for mixed-model maintenance or production orders.
Application
Name the machine or driven equipment and note any installation or service-access constraint that affects the selection.
Photograph the drive before the existing pulley is removed
Photographs can preserve the belt line, shaft end, hub position, guarding and nearby components. If a marking is partly readable, include both the photograph and the field measurement instead of choosing one and discarding the other.
If you already have a previous purchase record, include the full model and any drawing reference used for the last accepted part.
Keep mixed-model enquiries organised by line item
When several pulley models are combined in one enquiry, list the full model and quantity for each line. This makes it easier to review the commercial total without losing the shaft or construction details that belong to each machine position.
For sample or evaluation requests, state which models are for initial assessment and which quantities would apply to later production or maintenance supply.
